Ggis Terms of Service

1. Agreement Acceptance and Scope

Welcome to use Ggis (Smart Dietary Health Management Platform)! This agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the Ggis application developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Developer") regarding the use of Ggis application services.

Please carefully read all contents of this agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this agreement, please do not install, copy, or use this application. The use of this application will be deemed as acceptance of all terms of this agreement.

2. Service Content

Ggis is an AI-powered personalized dietary health management platform that provides the following core services:

• Smart Meal Planner: AI-driven personalized meal plan generation
• Daily Plan Details: Specific menu and nutrition analysis display
• Plan Adjustment Features: Manual modification and AI-suggested optimization
• Health Data Management: User health metrics recording and analysis
• Nutrition Education Content: Healthy eating knowledge and guidance
• Smart Reminder System: Health reminders based on user habits

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 User Rights

• Free use of Ggis application's basic functions
• Obtain AI-generated personalized dietary advice
• View detailed nutrition analysis reports
• Enjoy application updates and improvements

3.2 User Obligations

• Comply with this agreement and relevant laws and regulations
• Provide true and accurate usage information
• Properly safeguard device and application security
• Do not engage in any destructive or abusive behavior
• Respect the legitimate rights of other users

4. Content Usage Rules

We reserve the right to review, modify, or delete any content that violates this agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of the Ggis application and all its content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software code, user interface design, etc.) belong to the developer.

Users have the right to use personal meal plans and health data generated in this application, but may not use them for commercial purposes or infringe on others' rights.

6. Disclaimer

The dietary advice provided by the Ggis application is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice. Users should consult professional doctors or nutritionists based on their personal health conditions.

We do not assume responsibility for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to health issues, economic losses, etc.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. Major changes will be notified to users in advance.

Users may stop using this application at any time. If you have questions, please contact customer service.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the following jurisdictions:

• Laws of California, United States
• Relevant laws and regulations of Canada
• Laws of the Republic of Singapore
• Federal laws of Australia
• Laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (applicable to mainland China users)

In case of disputes, they should be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, they may be brought before the competent people's court.

9. Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time. The updated agreement will be announced within the application, and continued use will be deemed as agreement to the new version of the agreement.
